Chinester has been a dedicated member of the Easterseals team for nearly four years and currently serves as a Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, she manages complex scheduling needs while supporting both staff and clients to ensure efficient and compassionate service delivery.
Prior to joining Easterseals, Chinester worked at Duly Health and Care, where she gained extensive experience coordinating schedules across multiple specialties, including primary care, orthopedics, podiatry, and the spine center. This diverse background has strengthened her organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments.
She is currently pursuing her nursing degree, driven by a passion for patient care and a commitment to growing within the healthcare field.
Outside of work and school, Chinester enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three adult daughters. She also loves singing, listening to music, and is a devoted Chicago White Sox fan.
