Starting as a volunteer, Gina has spent the past 25 years growing alongside Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley, building a career centered on people, purpose, and impact. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in Human Resources, she stepped into a pivotal role as the organization’s first HR Generalist, putting her education and hands-on experience into action.
In 2020 she joined the Leadership Team, and continued to champion collaboration, open communication, and recognition — reinforcing that Easterseals’ most valuable asset is its people.
Gina serves as a trusted resource and friendly voice for staff, always ready to track down the best answers to their HR questions. She has a deep & personal understanding of the organization’s programs and services and is passionate about fostering a workplace culture where employees feel valued and connected.
Today, as Vice President of Employee Engagement & Human Resources, Gina leads with a people-first philosophy. She oversees employee engagement initiatives, payroll, benefits and insurance renewals, and onboarding, ensuring that every team member feels informed, supported, and set up for success. Outside of the office, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband and their busy children, embracing the same energy and dedication in her personal life that she brings to her work every day.
