Janet Rodgers

Janet Rogers has dedicated 9 years to Early Childhood Education, with the past 6 years spent at Easterseals DuPage and Fox Valley. She currently serves as the Lead Teacher and Assistant Director of the Lily Garden Child Care Center, where she is passionate about supporting young children’s growth and development while mentoring educators.

Janet has been happily married to her husband, Dave, for 30 years and is a proud dog mom to three dogs. She values family, commitment, and creating nurturing environments both at work and at home.
