Kayla Tieman, PT, DPT, C/NDT

Kayla is a Physical Therapist at Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley, serving clients at the Villa Park location. She earned her dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Human Performance and Fitness from St. Ambrose University, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University. Kayla is a credentialed State of Illinois Early Intervention Provider and completed her Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) certification in 2025.

Kayla provides physical therapy services to children from birth through age 18. She integrates principles of respiratory care and Neuro-Developmental Treatment into her sessions to support functional mobility and long-term development. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as the Aquatic Therapy Coordinator across aquatic locations and provides aquatic therapy services as part of her practice.

Kayla values interdisciplinary collaboration and takes a comprehensive, family-centered approach to care. She is passionate about helping families look beyond immediate milestones to consider each child’s long-term goals and quality of life over the next 10 to 15 years.
