Kelly Moreland

Kelly Moreland is a strong communicator and authentic fundraiser with a deep passion for disability services, rooted in her experience as the sibling of an individual with a disability. She began her career with Easterseals as a volunteer and intern before joining the team as Special Events Manager in 2008. She was promoted to Director of Development in 2014 and became part of the leadership team in 2020. Kelly is skilled in mobilizing community around the mission, building a culture of philanthropy, and stewarding meaningful relationships with partners and families. As Vice President of Development, she has led her team to grow fundraising revenue by 80%, expanding support available to uninsured and underinsured families. Kelly supports collaboration across Easterseals affiliates as co-chair of the National Development Leadership Network and engages in ongoing professional development as a member of the West Suburban Philanthropy Network and The Nonprofit Alliance.
