Kim DeLaurentis

Kim has dedicated the past 30 years to working in Early Childhood Education. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to supporting children of all abilities and creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Her work strongly aligns with the Easterseals mission and provides high-quality services that promote independence and confidence for children to have lifelong success.  

Along with her Bachelor's degree from Roosevelt University, she also holds two certificates in Management Supervision as well as completing many courses in Early Childhood Education. Through the state of Illinois, Kim also holds her Illinois Director Credential level 1, Early Childhood Education Credential Level 3 and her Infant Toddler Credential level 3. With her leadership skills, Kim believes in leading with the balance of collaboration, empathy, and clear communication while ensuring that the children, families, and staff are at the forefront of every decision.
