Lisa brings nearly four decades of experience supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. She earned her degree in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and began her career empowering adults with disabilities to live independently in their communities through CILA programs. Over 20 years, she served in direct support, case management, and leadership roles, and contributed to program development through policy and procedure writing, staff training, and team supervision.
For the past 19 years, Lisa has worked as a development professional, securing critical funding to expand services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Her lifelong commitment to advocacy and inclusion aligns seamlessly with the mission and vision of Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley, where she continues to advance her passion by obtaining grant support from local government partners and private foundations to ensure children and families have access to the care and services they need to thrive.
