Naytona Faedtke 

Naytona joined Lily Garden in early 2024 while attending college and has since grown into a full-time, teacher-certified member of the team in the toddler classroom. She is completing her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education this fall and plans to continue her studies toward a Bachelor’s degree in the coming years.

Naytona enjoys being hands-on in the classroom, especially through art projects and exploring new resources with the children both indoors and outdoors. She is passionate about creating engaging, supportive learning experiences that encourage curiosity and development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and being with family and loved ones.
