Chair of Finance
Wendy Kubista is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at UPS, leading strategic retail partnerships and end-to-end supply chain solutions. In this role, Wendy partners closely with executive leadership teams to drive customer growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value through data-driven strategy and cross-functional execution.
Wendy began her career with UPS in 1997 and brings nearly three decades of experience spanning operations, international, sales, and executive leadership. After transitioning into Sales in 2008, she progressed through a series of leadership roles, including Sales Representative, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Area Sales Manager, and Managing Director of Sales.
Wendy serves on the Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley Board Finance Committee, supporting financial oversight, governance, and long-term sustainability since 2023. She is also the founder and Vice President of the board of The Cole Kubista Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families of medically complex children.
