Wendy Kubista serves as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at UPS, where she is responsible for leading strategic retail relationships and delivering integrated, end-to-end supply chain solutions across the UPS portfolio. In this role, Wendy partners closely with executive leadership teams to drive customer growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value through data-driven strategy and cross-functional execution.
Wendy began her career with UPS in 1997 and brings nearly three decades of experience spanning operations, international, sales, and executive leadership. After transitioning into Sales in 2008, she progressed through a series of leadership roles, including Sales Representative, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Area Sales Manager, and Managing Director of Sales.
Wendy serves on the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors for Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley, a local affiliate of the national nonprofit Easterseals, where she has contributed since 2023, supporting financial oversight, governance, and long-term sustainability initiatives. She is also the founder and Vice President of the board of The Cole Kubista Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families of medically complex children.
