Make Your Mind a Garden

This program is for children ages 7-9.

This summer girls group will nurture your child's mindset, self-esteem, and confidence through engaging, creative crafts and positive affirmations. Our focus will include celebrating inner beauty and personal uniqueness, practicing kind self-talk and emotional awareness, fostering growth through caring for ourselves and others, and building supportive friendships in a joyful, grounded environment.
