Sports Group

This program supports visual‑motor integration, coordination, and social skills through structured sport activities and peer engagement.

This group is for children ages 7-10.

This program will address visual motor and bilateral coordination, strength, and social interaction with peers, utilizing different sport-related activities each week. Children will work together to address their sportsmanship, improve their agility, and increase their coordination through a variety of ball skills. This group will be run by occupational and speech therapists.   

Participants need to have the ability to be in the room without parents present, maintain a safe body with peers and maintain safety awareness outside.  

Program Objectives

  • Improve visual-motor integration, bilateral coordination, and overall strength through weekly sport-related activities 

  • Develop agility and coordination using a variety of ball skills 

  • Build social interaction, teamwork, and sportsmanship with peers in a supportive group setting 

Dates, Time & Location

Wednesdays: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
at Villa Park location
