This program is for children ages 11-14.
This program focuses on enhancing a child’s ability to participate fully in sports programs, physical education classes, and other sport-related activities. Each session includes warm-up activities followed by sport-specific training. Each featured sport is emphasized for two to three sessions, during which skills are broken down and practiced through targeted drill activities.
By addressing the specific skills needed for each sport at an individualized pace, children are better prepared to participate confidently in organized games with peers. The sports addressed will be selected by the group on the first day, allowing participants to be actively involved in the planning process.
The Strength and Conditioning program is designed for children who can follow multi-step directions and are interested in improving their sport-specific skills.
