14th Annual R-Games for Chair-ity

Thank you to all who joined us on Thursday, April 10!

We had a triumphant return of R-Games For Chair-ity at Rieke Interiors on April 10. With the help of supporters like you, we were able to raise more than $34,000 (net) for our positioning and mobility clinic!

A big thank you to Rieke Interiors for organizing and hosting this fun event and to the participating companies that competed!

About Your Impact

Your support helps fund the Positioning & Mobility Clinic at Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley. This specialized clinic provides a team approach to evaluations, fittings and follow-up care of wheelchairs, standers, adaptive car seats, and more for children with disabilities. With the support from the 2024 R-Game participants, 61 children benefited from custom seating solutions last year! One of those children is Shay:
 

We heard from Shay and her mom, Valerie, during the event on how her walker and wheelchair have aided in her independence. The Positioning and Mobility Clinic ensures her chair meets her needs so she can achieve her goals and can participate freely in activities like basketball, family outings and peer events!
 

Shay's journey is a testament to the profound difference proper mobility equipment and support can make in a child's life.

Congratulations to the returning champions, Seigle's who won the sleek new Eurotech office chairs (two years in a row!) after a hard-fought match against Fox Valley Fire & Safety.
