Overview

Our SLPs addresses language comprehension, pragmatics, speech-sound production, voice, fluency, as well as oral motor and feeding skills. We offer a comprehensive, fun and engaging experience for children to learn and develop their skills.  We pride ourselves in looking at the whole child and merge evidence-based therapies and a neurodiversity-affirming approach to positively impact the whole family.

Our clinicians are committed to continually advancing their skills and learning new techniques to best support the infants, children, and adults we serve. We offer individual therapy, parent coaching, co‑treatments, teletherapy, group programs, and Assistive Technology to support communication at home and school. We collaborate with other Easterseals, school and medical professionals to make sure a child's goals are reached in all environments.

Experts agree! For over 40 years, we’ve been a CARF‑accredited pediatric provider and an NDTA- Center of Excellence since 2019.

Technology

Our therapists continue to advance their skills through our Voice Box: A Motor Speech Lab, using innovative technology like the SmartPalate, Nasometer, and VisiPitch to support articulation, voice, and resonance skills. We can also include SMARTBoards in sessions to promote interactive games that help teach new speech patterns.

Our Assistive Technology Program helps individuals with complex communication needs thrive with the right supports at home and school.

Our Programs

    AAC Intensive

    This program offers individual support and intensity to facilitate faster progress toward AAC-based communication goals.

    Aquatic Therapy

    Exercise in water can be used to strengthen weak muscles, relax tight muscles and improve body awareness, coordination and control of movement for daily tasks.

    Camp CommunicATe

    Designed for adolescents who use AAC, this small‑group program supports social connection, idea sharing, and peer learning across communication styles.

    Crafty Kids

    Led by a speech‑language pathologist and social worker, this program builds problem‑solving skills, social interaction, and cooperative play.

    DIR Floortime Intensive

    For children with autism spectrum disorders, often an intensive burst of therapy is found to be effective in developing foundational skills. We now offer an intensive therapy plan that includes DIR (Developmental Individualized Relationship) based treatments or floortime techniques.

    Fun with Food

    Led by a speech‑language pathologist, this group supports children who may be hesitant eaters or who benefit from structured, sensory‑based food exploration.

    Intensive Therapy

    We offer customized intensive therapy sessions across our services that are multi-disciplined and highly individualized for each child.

    Outdoor sensory play encourages creativity, exploration, problem‑solving, and shared joy through child‑directed learning.

    Phonological Disorder-Apraxia Intensive

    Intensive therapy for childhood apraxia and phonological disorders provides short‑term, high‑frequency speech intervention to accelerate development through structured practice.

    Social Synergy

    Led by an SLP and OT, this program helps children ages 8–12 build executive functioning and social skills.

    Sports Strength and Conditioning
